Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 Tbsp Calvados, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp lemon juice, and ice; shake for 30 seconds Serve topped with wheat beer or ginger beer and candied ginger. Makes 1
Slow-cooker Apple Cider
Recipe: In a slow cooker, combine 64 ounces apple cider, 6 chai tea bags, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 1 split vanilla bean. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours. Discard the tea bags; stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice. Serve warm with apple slices and cinnamon sticks. Makes 8
Blood Orange Margarita
Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 jalapeno slices and 3 springs cilantro. Add 1-1/2 ounces tequila, 1/2 ounce lime juice, and ice; shake for 30 seconds. Serve topped with blood orange soda, jalapeno, and cilantro. Makes 1
Spiced Cranberry Punch
Recipe: Combine 6 cups of cranberry juice cocktail, 1-1/2 cups spiced run, 1-1/2 cups orange juice and 1/4 cup lime juice; chill. Serve with cranberries. Makes 8

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1-1/2 ounces bourbon, 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth, 3/4 ounce Compari, and ice; shake for 30 seconds. Serve with an orange peel. Makes 1
Lambrusco Sangria
Recipe: Combine 1-1/2 cups pear nectar, 3/4 cup Grand Marnier, 1 cup halved grapes, 1 sliced pear, and 1 sliced lemon; chill. Add a 750ml bottle Lambrusco wine. Makes 8
Rosemary Grapefruit Fizz
Recipe: Simmer 4 sprigs rosemary, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup water until sugar is dissolved; cool. Discard rosemary. Mix rosemary syrup, 1 liter seltzer, 3 cups grapefruit juice, 1-1/2 cups vodka, and dash of bitters. Serve over ice with rosemary sprig. Makes 8
Spicy Bloody Mary
Recipe: Combine 46 ounces vegetable juice, 1 cup vodka, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp chopped dill, 1 Tbsp horseradish, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 3/4 tsp celery seed. Serve over ice with dilly beans, lemon wedges, and celery. Makes 8
